1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
c. Pack the product securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
